When I called to inquire about a Mercedes C Class, I had the pleasure of speaking with Mike. He displayed incredible patience and answered all of my questions thoroughly. A great experience!!
When we walked into Strada cars, we were welcomed by one of the owners Mike, who couldn't be more helpful. They have a fantastic range of cars, and we had our eye on an Audi A4. Mike was quick to sort out a test drive, and as we loved the car, he gave us it for a great price. We part exchanged our car, and was given a good price for that.
A few days later we collected the Audi, and the minor issues with it were sorted. They even gave my wife some lovely flowers.

I would highly recommend Strada, and would definitely return in the future.

Excellent from the first enquiry call. I gave less than 30 minutes notice and car was ready to test drive when I arrived, simple process for insurance and I was out on a test drive, less than 10 minutes after arrival.

Ours was a distance purchase. Nick was really easy to work with on our car purchase. Fun to talk to and we felt comfortable to give him the sale. He made the process easy, even though there was an extra step in the process needed by the finance company. Nothing was a bother at all even my plate transfer wasn't an issue, when I went to pick up my new car it was all ready and waiting with a gorgeous box of flowers by its side which was a lovely touch, the whole process from start to finish was great, I can't recommend this place enough if your looking for a new car try this place first, you won't be disappointed.

Amazing experience from start to finish! I was looking for an Audi Q5 for my wife with a very specific set of optional extras and was really struggling to find one. I found one very close and that's when I put the call in to Nick at Strada cars. Unfortunatley this had just sold but Nick said he could still sort for me. And did he ever! He found the perfect car with all the options I wanted and in pristine condition. Buying a car remotely is always a bit worrying but Nick took all the worry away. I went in to view a car I had saw on the app, it was right at the back of the show room but the owner got it straight out for me to test drive. He was really knowledgeable & just a nice person to talk to, I took the car out on a route suggested for us & instantly fell in love with the car. I was allowed to leave a small deposit to secure the car whilst I went away to sort out my finances, I was given all the info I would need to return with which was really helpful. I contacted the garage later that day to ask if I could come back and pick the car up the next day, nothing was too much trouble which was really refreshing & reassuring. Just bought an A1 from Nick at Strada. He couldn't have been more helpful. The car only had one key but he got a second sorted for us straight away at no extra cost. We couldn't pick the car up for 2 weeks after initially going to see it due to the distance we had to travel, but this was no problem and we didn't feel pressured into hurrying to pick it up. From the information and pictures in the advert - which were detailed and comprehensive - to the vehicle itself which proved to be EXACTLY as advertised when I went to view it. I dealt with the Director of the company which proved to be a great pleasure. I could tell right away they were focused on giving me the information I needed so I could make my mind up, NOT on persuading me to buy it. The process was relaxed and with no pressure and they took all the time I needed. If I was to sum up the whole experience in one word it would be - honest. The vehicle was honest - exactly as advertised and I had hoped - and Nick's whole approach was honest; open, helpful and reassuringly professional. I was very impressed with the efficient professional service afforded by Strada Cars. True to their word they arranged to inspect my Volvo vehicle a couple of days after agreeing in principle to a figure that I was very satisfied with and paid a goodwill holding deposit. They made a 5 hr trip on time to my premises and inspected my vehicle and straight away arranged a bank transfer for the the full balance of the amount agreed before taking the vehicle soon afterwards.

Having found a car that I was interested in buying and travelling 30 mins to Strada cars, the guys were very friendly and interested in me and what I was looking for. Without me asking, they pointed out a couple of things that needed sorted before I could take the car. These were duly completed barring the plastic engine cover which had presumably been mislaid at a previous service. Nevertheless I took the car whilst they said they would source one. The car was immaculately presented, absolutely super clean, and came with a six month warranty. A couple of weeks later, I contacted them again and they said they had just got the engine cover in, I drove through and they fitted it whilst I had a coffee. They are happy to spend time with you even though the deal had been done, and seem more than prepared to follow up any issues to make sure that the customer is absolutely happy with the purchase. I can not fault them and will buy from them again when I need to.

I read all the amazing reviews about Strada cars but remained sceptical but thats just me. I am happy to say the reviews are correct. I dealt with the principal at all times, he answered any questions I had promptly and accurately. He was patient whilst I arranged my own finance, no pressure no chasing just did what he said he would do. The car is as described, you can't ask for more than that. I have bought one of his lower priced cars but still felt that I was valued throughout the process. I don't buy cars very often but when I need to replace my wife's car in a few years I hope Strada are still there to help me. A genuinely surprisingly easy transaction with genuinely nice people. I will be confident I can leave my scepticism at home the next time I buy a car from Strada. I am not allowed to name individuals in this review but if others are as lucky as I have been to meet the chap I dealt with they should feel confident they will be getting a great car at a fair price.

FIRST CLASS company. The cars, the people, the premises are fantastic enough, but the customer service is simply outstanding!! Its worth buying something from them just to experience it! We decided to look for a first car for our daughter. Not an easy thing to do, so many boxes to tick. First stop was Strada Cars. I almost felt cheated (in a very good way :) ). We put aside the full weekend to make sure we got something perfect and found it at the very first dealership. A stunning limited edition VW Polo. It is so easy and such a pleasure dealing with these guys. And to make it even more special, 5 days later she passed her test and they sent some flowers to congratulate her. Amazing company in every way. The personal experience that I've sadly missed from some of the much bigger main dealers not so far away. Strada makes car buying easy - would highly recommend! They even source cars for you! My car was squeaky clean and looking pretty much brand new, and they serviced it fully and changed necessary parts. Cherry on top of the icing of the cake would've been if I got the car with a full tank instead of a quarter tank, and if my number plate at the back wasn't different to the plate at the front - although the garage is to blame for it mostly, not the dealer themselves. I would still go back because of the service I was given - make no mistakes about that, and I am from London! Thank you Strada and thank you Nick! You were awesome, as was your colleague when I came up.

I am currently dealing with Strada and I can honestly say that this is the best car purchasing experience I have ever had. Being young, car finance can be difficult to be approved for but Strada has made this experience as smooth and as easy as possible, offering to contact multiple brokers for me as well as offering to give my deposit back if we can not find any method of financing the vehicle. Obviously, making a customer happy is part of a car sales person's job but the guys at Strada do more than they have to and obviously care about people as well as just selling a car. On top of the customer experience I have recieved, the vehicles on selection are priced excellently and are presented at an extremely high standard - clean, detailed and in perfect working order with a 12 month Mot. Nick also will make sure that any defect in the vehicle such as a small scratch is gone when you take the vehicle away. 10/10, would definitely recommend. Quality and honest dealership.

I bought this car without seeing it in person as I lived over 200 miles away. This car had low mileage and all the spec I was after. After speaking to Nick on the phone it came down to trust on both our parts as he was buying my car as a trade in on his car. I sent pictures of my car etc and agreed a price. He also helped me with the relevant paperwork as I had private plates on my car. I transferred the money and agreed a day for the car to be delivered. The car arrived on the said day and it was in excellent condition and I am fussy !. The driver was polite and chatty and knew my name and helped with the paperwork. If anyone is concerned about buying a car from Strada Cars that lives too far away to actually view the car or actually pay for a car they have not seen i can assure you there is no reason to worry. Nick assured me if I was not happy with the car when it was delivered he would take it back and refund my money. I would defiantly recommend Strada Cars.

The details explained on Auorader were accurate and without question. Previous experiences in the last few weeks with other traders were not as accurate. Strata cars stated the car was in emmacaulate condition and this was the case, unlike our traders. Extra photos were sent, documentation for FSH was backed up and again accurate. This confirmed the low mileage of the car 18k miles. When we travelled to see the car 2.5hrs travel, the experience was not disappointing. Its was exactly as stated. Low mileage, Full service history and unmarked in excellent condition. In fact he went even further and actually delivered the car to our home as arrange on his trailer. Excellent service, can not recommend highly enough. I would definitely buy again from Strada cars. There are not many traders out there that match Strada cars in the buying experience. Excellent. We had a fantastic experience at Strada Cars. We called with short notice but we're greeted with a smile on arrival and our car ready to view. The standard of cars at Strada are very high. Our salesman showed us around the car and explained it's history in great detail with paperwork to back everything up. After a bad experience from buying another car from an other dealer (which I returned within weeks) I was anxious about buying another car but the owner of Strada cars put my mind at rest. The Audi A1 I bought from him was reasonably priced and came with a full service history .He had it serviced MOTd and taxed for me and kindly dropped it off. He gave me a good price on the car I was part exchanging, the price on the Mini was competitive and the car was prepared to a very high standard. The showroom was spotless and the main thing is I'm very pleased with my Mini Cooper.

I know Strada are a relatively new business, but I have to say that if they continue to service their customers in the same way they looked after me, they deserve to go from strength to strength.
